Isha SM Dashboard
The Isha Foundation social media team's analytics dashboard. It brings the performance of our own YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts together in one place, so the team can see what is working and how we are progressing against our goals.
What this application does
Isha SM Dashboard is a private reporting tool for the social media team of the Isha Foundation. It collects publicly visible performance numbers for the pages and channels the Foundation itself runs, and presents them as:
- Post analytics — views, reach, likes, comments, shares and watch time for each post, with thumbnails and links back to the original post.
- Progress — monthly posts and total views for each brand and language group, compared with the team's targets.
- Daily updates — how many views each channel gained since the previous day or week.
How we use YouTube data
For our own YouTube channels, the dashboard asks the channel owner to sign in with Google and grant read-only access:
- YouTube data (read-only): channel and video details — titles, thumbnails, publish dates, and view, like and comment counts.
- YouTube Analytics (read-only): reports such as views, watch time and audience figures for those same channels.
This data is used only to show the performance of our own channels to our own team. The application cannot upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube. The data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The application also uses YouTube API Services and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Who can use it
Isha SM Dashboard is not a public product. Access is limited to authorized members of the Foundation's team, who sign in with their Google account. There is no public sign-up and no advertising or visitor tracking on this site. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
