This page describes how the Isha SM Dashboard, an internal social media analytics dashboard, ("the Dashboard") collects, uses, and stores data. The Dashboard is a private, password-protected tool used by our organization's own social media team to track the performance of our own brand accounts across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. It is not a public product, and it is not intended for use by the general public.
Who this applies to
Access to the Dashboard is restricted to authorized members of our own social media and content teams, who sign in with their Google account. There is no public sign-up, no visitor tracking, and no advertising on this site. If you are not a member of our team, no data about you is collected by this Dashboard through your visit to this page or any other page on this site.
What data we collect and why
- Post performance metrics (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time) for our own YouTube channels, Instagram accounts, and Facebook Pages — collected either via the official Meta Graph API and YouTube Data API for accounts we manage, or from CSV exports our own team members upload from YouTube Studio and Meta Business Suite.
- Post thumbnails — displayed in the Dashboard next to each post's metrics for visual identification, sourced from our own connected accounts' media, or via Meta's oEmbed API for public posts (including posts published by external collaborators who tagged or partnered with one of our brand accounts). Thumbnails are shown alongside a link back to the original public post; they are not redistributed, edited, or used outside this internal Dashboard.
- Internal workflow data — content-creation ticket status and delivery timelines from our team's own issue tracker, used to measure creator throughput.
We do not collect data about the general public, and we do not use any of the above for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than our own internal reporting.
What we don't collect
- No cookies or scripts from third-party advertising or analytics networks.
- No personal data from anyone outside our own team.
- No data from private or non-public social media accounts or posts.
The only browser storage this site uses is what is needed to keep a team member signed in (a sign-in session token stored in your browser) and a few interface preferences, such as whether the side menu is collapsed. None of it is used for tracking or advertising.
Where data is stored
Collected metrics and thumbnails are stored in a private database that only our own team's Dashboard can access. Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used to build advertising profiles.
Meta Platform data
Where the Dashboard uses Meta's Graph API or oEmbed API, it does so only to display post performance and thumbnail previews for our own connected accounts and for public posts referencing them, strictly for internal reporting. This use complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies; Meta Platform Data obtained through these APIs is not used for any purpose beyond what is described on this page, and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Google user data and YouTube API Services
For our own YouTube channels, the Dashboard asks the channel owner to sign in with Google
and grant read-only access to the YouTube Data API (youtube.readonly: channel
and video details such as titles, thumbnails, publish dates, and view, like and comment
counts) and to YouTube Analytics reports (yt-analytics.readonly: views, watch
time and audience figures for the same channels). The Dashboard cannot upload, edit or
delete anything on YouTube.
- This data is used only to display the performance of our own channels to our own team.
- It is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not transferred to anyone except as needed to operate this internal Dashboard.
- No human outside our authorized team reads it, except where required for security, to comply with law, or with the channel owner's consent.
- You can revoke the Dashboard's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.
The Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Dashboard uses YouTube API Services and is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
